Hood Circuit operates the ranked service.
The Hood Circuit project operator controls offchain data processed by the ranked service. Privacy questions or rights requests may be sent through the official Hood Circuit channels linked from the website.
Wallet and gameplay data power the board.
- Public wallet address, vault and round identifiers.
- Entry and settlement transaction hashes and public blockchain evidence.
- Score, level, hit count, challenge seed, input timing trace, completion time, replay result, signature and anti-automation signals.
- Same-device run-recovery data stored in the browser.
- Security rate-limit records derived from a wallet address and, when supplied by hosting infrastructure, a cryptographically hashed network address.
- Technical request, error and platform logs produced by infrastructure providers.
The ranked flow does not require a profile name, email address or password.
Data operates and protects ranked play.
Data is used to verify entries; issue one-use challenges; replay and validate scores; rank the best result per wallet; calculate and prove podium results; display round history; enable prizes or refunds; prevent replay, automation and abuse; diagnose failures; secure the service; and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping duties.
Onchain records are public and persistent.
Wallet addresses, entries, accepted terms commitments, round funding, settlement allocations and claims can be permanently visible on Robinhood Chain and copied by third parties. Hood Circuit cannot edit or erase an existing blockchain transaction.
Records are kept only as needed.
Security rate-limit records are designed to expire after approximately 24 hours. Ranked challenges, traces, verified scores, settlement evidence and operational logs are kept only as long as needed for service integrity, dispute handling, security and applicable recordkeeping duties, then deleted or anonymized where feasible. Public blockchain records remain outside that deletion process.
Applicable privacy rights remain available.
Depending on applicable law, a person may request information or a copy, correction, deletion or restriction of offchain data, object to processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or complain to a competent authority. Requests can be sent through official Hood Circuit channels. Hood Circuit may request enough information to verify that the requester controls the relevant wallet.
Minimize what the verifier needs.
The design uses wallet signatures, unique attempt identifiers, deterministic replay, hashed rate-limit subjects and contract evidence. Private keys are never requested or stored. No measure can guarantee absolute security, and users remain responsible for wallet and device security.
Material changes receive a new notice.
This notice is released with HC-TERMS-2026-09-04-V1. Material changes will be published with a new version and effective date before they apply.
